Love Like Jesus |Identity Restored Through the Holidays - Day 5

Looking to Our Example In Christ for How to Love in the Hard Places - Ephesians 5

If somebody I love called me in trouble, I’d be out the door before they finished telling me what happened. When I’m the one who hurt them, though, I can catch myself waiting for them to reach out first. As the holidays get closer, I’ve been asking Jesus to show me where my pride is keeping me from taking that first step. Sometimes loving my people means I’m the one who needs to pick up the phone and say, “I was wrong and I’m sorry.”
